We are actively hiring for the following positions:
Responsibilities include:
- Working on a two man crew
- Removing existing flooring & discarding materials
- Clearing work surface from dust, debris, obstructions
- Prepping the floors to apply adhesive and/or other appropriate materials
- Laying solid, engineered, LVP, and other custom wood work
- Ensuring the material is well-positioned, secured, and work space is cleaned
- Following safe procedures and engaging with clients
- Educating yourself with steps of installation with free access to the National Wood Flooring Association
This is a W-2 position with competitive pay, health benefits, and a company vehicle to and from job sites. Drug & Criminal background checks are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Scrape and hand sand edges, nosings, corners, etc.
- Using machinery to edge the floors closest to the walls
- Filling the floors with filler
- Removing baseshoe and scoring it off the baseboards
- Using Duraseal to apply and wipe the stain off
- Ensuring floor flatness
- Following safe procedures and engaging with clients
- Educating yourself with steps of installation with free access to the National Wood Flooring Association
This is a W-2 position with competitive pay, health benefits, and a company vehicle to and from job sites. Drug & Criminal background checks are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Attention to detail
- Final crew walk through
- Ensuring the project is complete and adequate to our slogan, “Quality results with attention to every detail”
- Sink protruding nails
- Cut and install baseshoe
- Sweep and vacuum the project
- Finish floors with light sander/buffer
- Following safe procedures and engaging with clients
- Educating yourself with steps of installation with free access to the National Wood Flooring Association
