The floors look so great! They’ve been in almost a week and we still can’t get over how nice they are. The SVB workers were all really punctual and polite. They made sure I knew what they were doing each day. They laced the new floor into the existing wood so it looks like it was always continuous. The sanding was virtually dustless. The water-based finish hardly had any odor and that was gone in a day. The big thing that impressed me was that they came back immediately to fix something that I pointed out, and that was after they had the check – another company might have been slow about that or not come back at all. We would definitely recommend SVB.
