Had our kitchen Australian Cypress wood floors sanded and recoated. Workers were all friendly and professional. We were not happy with the final coat as we could see some flaws and SBV responded quickly and sent someone back out. He redid the final coat and the floor looks beautiful. Starting with the  initial visit, Carlos was very professional from measuring, giving us information and quoting a price. Jake and Tony came out to apply 3 different stains for  our approval. They explained all the  steps and how many days the project would take. The floor is beautiful and just what we envisioned. The workmanship spot on. SVB Wood Floors did an awesome job on our floors! Communication was great, and Carlos was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Carlos was one of only two salesmen who came prepared to check the moisture content of a damaged area on our floor.  That right there tells me a lot.  Their quote was very detailed, and I think they were the only company that told us the brand of stain and finish they would use.  Their pricing was also very competitive with the other four or five companies we got quotes from.  We were very impressed with their dust control system, as there was almost zero dust left for us to clean afterwards.  There was a very minor hiccup that resulted in them coming back out to spot-fix a few areas, but they responded quickly, and the floors look beautiful. We were very pleased with our original floors installed by SVB Floors so we contacted Steve's company again when we needed a deep clean and recoat.  When Dustin came over to give us an estimate he was also very helpful and informative about preventing future scratches.  I scheduled our work 5 months in advance but realized at the last minute, I got the day wrong. Alexis quickly resolved my error. My floors look great again!
