Customized Wood Floors

We’ve created some intricate designs. In fact, we are the only wood floor company in Kansas to win a national award for wood floor design and installation. We created a 2300 piece diamond pattern from three different kinds of wood for a home in Olathe. Whatever design you can dream up, SVB can make it a reality. We also offer hand scraped floors for a truly unique pattern. Each board is scraped by hand so no two boards are alike. We also offer distressed flooring which mimics the hand tooled look of hand scraped floors but is produced in a factory so it isn’t quite as expensive.

Staining and Finishing
Typically, all our flooring undergoes a multiple-step staining process to bring out the beauty of the wood and, in some cases, enhance the craftsmanship of the design or hand tooling. Depending upon the application, our custom-formulated stains may even be hand-applied in our climate-controlled facility prior to delivery.
