We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our wood floors that were installed by SVB during the week of April 18th. We were very impressed with the courtesy, hard work, team work, and eagerness to please, of all of the SVB staff with whom we dealt. This includes: Steve, who came out to our house to provide an estimate; Nate and Simon, who installed the floors; Nick and Kevin, who applied the first and second coats of stain to the stairs; Nick B. and Luis, who applied the final coat of stain to the stairs and installed the stained base shoe on either side of the fireplace; Eric and Kevin, who resolved a couple of minor concerns; Marc, who handled scheduling, and Sarah and Nikki, who helped us with questions, the billing process, etc. We apologize if we have omitted any team members who assisted with the project.
